To secure a reservation with Stag and Hen Weekends we require a deposit to cover 1 person, unless the booking is in less than 21 days in which case the full cost of the booking is due to secure the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable; see our terms and conditions for full details.
Final payment for all reservations is due 21 days prior to departure date.
Payment Methods – We accept payments in the following way
By Cheque / Postal Order – cheques should be made payable to “Stag and Hen Weekends”.
Stag and Hen Weekends will accept cheques / postal orders from individual group members. Please contact us for full details.
By Credit Card – we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
There is a 3.5% surcharge for all credit card transactions. We use PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way for customers to make credit card payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. We will email an invoice to you and you will pay securely on the PayPal website.
By DEBIT Card – we accept Visa Debit Cards.
There is a €1.00 surcharge for all debit card transactions. We accept Visa Debit card transactions over the phone – please call 0857828014 with your card details.
By Bank Transfer
Our bank details will be provided please email or phone for details. Please note at least 5 working days should be allowed for payments to reach us.
Group Individual Payments
YES your group can make individual payments – Once you pay the deposit you will be sent a booking reference number. Your group would then quote this reference on all payments – Most groups pay by Visa Debit card over the phone or by Bank Transfer.
The group leader will then receive an updated receipt with list of group payments.
