To secure a reservation with Stag and Hen Weekends we require a 10% deposit, unless the booking is in less than 21 days in which case the full cost of the booking is due to secure the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable; see our terms and conditions for full details.
Final payment for all reservations is due 21 days prior to departure date.
Payment Methods – We accept payments in the following way
By Cheque – cheques should be made payable to “Stag and Hen Weekends”.
Stag and Hen Weekends will accept cheques from individual group members, but they must be gathered together by the lead contact and posted to us in 1 envelope along with the remittance advice form sent to you with the booking confirmation.
By Credit Card – we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
There is a 3.5% surcharge for all credit card transactions. We use PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way for customers to make credit card payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. We will email an invoice to you and you will pay securely on the PayPal website.
By DEBIT Card – we accept Visa Debit Cards.
There is a €1.00 surcharge for all debit card transactions. We accept Visa Debit card transactions over the phone – please call 0857828014 with your card details.
By Bank Transfer
Our bank details will be provided please email or phone for details. Please note at least 5 working days should be allowed for payments to reach us.
