Treasure Hunt Activity Draw

The draw results will be announced on our Facebook page on 31st August 2018. It is the winners responsibility to check Facebook on 31st Augsut 2018, the winner will not be contacted directly. The winner will need to contact Stag & Hen Weekends to confirm.

Draw includes: The Treasure Hunt activity for up to 20 people for either a hen party or stag party in Ireland.
Our Treasure hunts are customised to you in that we include photos of the bride / groom and questions on her/him as part of the challenge.
In order for us to plan your very own Hen Hunt / Stag Hunt, we will need a couple of things from you to make it as memorable and enjoyable as possible (photos and funny stories about the bride/groom)

We will send you:
Instructions for the event organiser
‘Rules’ for the teams
Score Sheet
Answer Booklet (in a sealed envelope, so the organiser can also participate)
Treasure Hunt Booklets and pens for each team
Backpack for the organiser to carry the booklets
Box of chocolates (which can be used as a prize or eaten by the organiser beforehand)

Everything for this activity will be posted to you before the hen party / stag party – so your group will run the activity yourselves. You just need to decide on a starting location and final destination. This is usually a pub, restaurant or hotel. The hunt takes approx. 2 hours

The date for the event must be confirmed within 1 month of the draw. The prize is only valid until 28th February 2019 and must be used within this time.  Please contact Stag & Hen Weekends direct to confirm the date. The activity is available in most towns and cities in Ireland.

This prize cannot be used against bookings already made for the Treasure Hunt activity either through Stag & Hen Weekends or another third party site.

It cannot be moved to any other date except for dates set out here.

It cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

The decision of the judges is final and no negotiations will be entered into.

Stag & Hen Weekends may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice to individuals by posting revised terms and conditions on the website.
