There is an element of fitness required for this event as it is a full hour of pretty tough exercise.

EVENING MEAL – your group will enjoy a scrumptious 2 course meal in a top restaurant. This popular restaurant is located in the town centre and is very hen friendly. Your group will receive top quality food and service, vegetarian and coeliac catered for.
BAR – Your group will be guest listed to another top Carrick Bar where an area will be reserved for your group. Enjoy a SHOT on arrival. This is a very popular city centre bar with live music every weekend
NIGHTCLUB – your group will be on the guest list to Carrick on Shannon’s top nightclub – VIP Entry & SHOT on arrival. This nightclub is extremely hen friendly and allows fancy dress.
